It was our intent to record and share the Collaboration Friday meeting from August 11. There were technical issues and this recording is not available. The slide deck is available via this link.
Regarding the new institutional remote work policy, an update was provided (see slides below). The following details were shared:
- The policy in the final review and approval stages with Cabinet
- Associate Dean's (working with department leads) are initiating a review of departmental eligibility to participate in the new remote work policy
- Once the new policy is posted, along with corresponding forms and instructions, we can follow up from the department eligibility phase to determine position and employee level eligibility and request remote work approvals
- Associate Deans will also work with Department Leads to document and submit any exception needs
