Common reasons why you may need to request support:

  • You have access needs: You need additional access, need to request access for a new hire, or need to have someone's access removed
  • You are wondering how to perform a specific task using Navigate
  • You or your team would like to request additional Navigate training
  • You have encountered a system error
  • Or, you have a need that doesn't fit into one of these buckets! No worries, complete the form and someone from GRCC will reach out to support.
