I am having issues updating my home address, mailing address, email address, or phone number online. What do I do?

Updating home address, mailing address, email address, or phone number can be done in a student's MyGRCC account. If someone is unable to log into that account because of out of date information then our IT can assist.

Answer

Make sure you are accessing the correct portal:

  • MyGRCC, GRCC Online Center, Profile tile. Select the tab with the information that you wish to change and click Edit/Add where appropriate.
  • NOTE:  If you are changing your address, consult the Student Financial Services Office to determine how it affects your “residency” information. That office can be reached at 616 234 4020 or studentfinancials@grcc.edu.

IT Support, 616 234 4357, can assist in troubleshooting the problem and update phone number and email address.

Student Financial Services, located on the first floor of the RJF Hall, can update home/mailing address in person or via email (studentfinancials@grcc.edu, please use your GRCC student email account) upon receiving your valid driver's licence. 

GRCC employees and student employees must go through Human Resources, 616 234 3972.
