I want to be a guest student at GRCC. How do I obtain Michigan Undergraduate Application?

Michigan Undergraduate application was replaced with a guest application.
Answer
The guest application can be found on the GRCC website under the Guest category and are per semester only, except Winter ones which get rolled into the Summer semester. Guest students are not eligible to apply for financial aid except through a consortium agreement with the "Home School," so they will want to connect with their institution about that if planning to use such.
