How do I know if I need to reapply?

Answer

  1. Log in to your student account.
  2. Go to GRCC Online Center.
  3. Select the Academic Records tile. 
  4. Click the GRCC Declaration of Academic Program to check your current academic program.
    If you are under :
  • Dual Enrollment status - a new application is needed if want to continue classes after graduating from high school.
  • Job Training status - a new application is needed if switching to the credited classes.
  • Guest Student status - a new guest application is needed for each semester.
    •  If switching to degree seeking, personal interest, or job training, a new application is needed.

When not active for a current or future terms and it has been over two years since active in the system, the Readmit form is needed.

Note: A student switching from job training to degree seeking/personal interest or vice versa, may not need to reapply if they were previously in the program. Please call the Student Services office at 616 234 3300 if you have any questions.
