All items found on the GRCC Main Campus should be turned over to the GRCC Police Department, located at 25 Lyon Street, NE (Main Campus Building #2A (opens in a new window)).

Items found at the Lakeshore Campus (opens in a new window) should be turned over to the front desk clerk.

All property turned into the Police Department is held for the duration mandated by Michigan Compiled Law Chapter 434 (opens in a new window).

How to Claim Lost Property

To claim an item that has been turned in, please follow these steps:

1. Visit the GRCC Campus Police Department in person.
2. Present a valid picture ID (such as a RaiderCard, Driver's License, or State ID).
3. Provide a detailed description of the property to verify ownership.
