There is a deadline for adding names to the waitlist.
Answer
The last date a student can be added to a waitlist is determined by one of two dates. It is the earliest of either the last date to enroll or the day the class starts.
After the deadline, it is up to the Associate Dean or Dean's assistant to make an exception. Refer to the Schools and Departments page for contact information.
