New Navigate Feature: Automated Actions

Navigate recently released a new feature called Automated Actions. In short, this feature allows Navigate users to set up automatic messages and alerts in advance for specific student segments/targets (and schedule these to send over a specific time frame).

This is a feature that we have desired for some time (there is similar functionality highly used within our CRM platform). Please review the attached PDF to learn more about this functionality and some examples of how it could be used to improve student communications and staff efficiency.
