• *Teams - please note the new start time and adjust your meeting schedules accordingly. Please update your team members if you plan to meet, what time, and location.
• Where possible, please carpool.
• Mileage reimbursement eligibility information.
  • Drivers who will begin their day at Main campus and return to Main campus after the Lakeshore event will qualify for round trip mileage reimbursement. 
  • Drivers who begin their day at the Lakeshore campus and then return to the main campus will be eligible for one-way reimbursement.
  • Drivers who travel from home, directly to the Lakeshore campus, but do not return to the main campus will not qualify for mileage.
