IT Customer Support's Response to COVID-19

During these unprecedented times, we understand that you may require special equipment to work from home. Whether that be a laptop, docking station, monitor, etc. The IT department will help you get the equipment you need to ensure productivity and continued excellence in student learning.

Introduction

The GRCC IT Department is happy to assist with loaning various technology to faculty, adjuncts, and staff. Technology can be immediately loaned up to a period of 10 business days, periods longer than 10 days will require justification from the requester, as well as Director approval and approval by the IT Department.

Student's can access laptops from the laptop vending machine located on the

  • Calkins Science Center, First Floor, North Hallway
  • Student Center: Third floor, Counseling
  • Raleigh J. Finkelstein Hall, formerly Main Building: Level G2

or for semester loans through the Library requests via www.grcc.edu/laptoploan

Key Features

  • Laptops available at two locations, RJF and Sneden Hall
  • Immediate access to a laptop for up to 10 days
  • Return can be dropped off to both locations or a requested pickup can be submitted.

Eligibility

GRCC faculty, adjuncts, staff and contingent employees.

Additional Information

*If your request requires a purchase, please provide an account number in the form provided by your Budget Control Officer.

**Please note that purchases cannot be made through the IT Department with 7V funds. Please complete these purchases on your own and submit a reimbursement request to your BCO.
