How do I log in or out of a Cisco IP phone?

Log In Using Username
- Press the Services button on the phone.
- Select Extension Mobility.
- Enter in your Campus Network Username for the UserID.
- Use the pin supplied to you by Telecommunications.
- The screen will display "Requesting..." and will go blank for a second. It will log you in after a few seconds and your name will appear in the top right corner of the screen.
Log In Using Extension
- Press the Services button on the phone.
- Select Login Using Extension
- Enter your 4 Digit Extension
- Use the pin supplied to you by Telecommunications.
- The screen will display "Requesting..." and will go blank for a second. It will log you in after a few seconds and your name will appear in the top right corner of the screen.
Note: If you get the message: "Please log in again: error 201," this is referring to either a wrong pin or entering your extension when it's asking for username or vice versa.
Logging Out
- Press the Services button on the phone.
- Select Extension Mobility.
- Select Yes to log out of the phone.
