How to View the Class Roster in Online Center

Question

When clicking on the Class Roster or Grades tab within Faculty Center, only the first class in the list is displayed. Similarly, when clicking on the course ID within Faculty Center, it also shows only the first class in the list.

Answer

1. Log in to MyGRCC (opens in a new window).
2. Click the Online Center tile.
3. Click the triangle next to the Home Page title at the top of the screen to open the drop-down menu and select Faculty Self Service.
4. Select the Faculty Center panel.
5. Ensure you have selected the correct term for the course in question.
6. To access the roster for a specific class, click the Class Roster icon (represented by an image of three people) located directly to the left of the desired class in your list.
