Can I scan to ImageNow from a Ricoh printer using PaperCut?

Answer
Yes, certain security groups within ImageNow have access to print into Imagenow, and will provide an option under the scan menu for scanning to ImageNow. If you are assigned any of those security groups with ImageNow scanning functionality:
- Swipe or Tap your card at a printer
- Select the Scan option
- You should now have a Scan to Email option, as well as Scan 2 iNow <department>
- If you do not see this option, and you believe you are assigned a group with this functionality, contact the Support Desk at (616) 234-4357.
