Students without Access to the Online Center

If you are unable to log in to your online center account please use Parchment order form to order an electronic transcript. Please note you will have to upload a signed authorization form if you are requesting through this form.

Information

  • If a student has a hold that blocks the release of a transcript, such as a library hold, they will be able to enter a request but they will receive an email from Credentials Solutions telling them the order cannot be processed until the hold is resolved. There will be a contact phone number for GRCC for the student to call to figure out how to resolve the hold. This will probably be the phone number to Student Records.
If all the student information that was entered in the request through the Online Student Center is accurate and there are no holds on the student's account the request may be processed within minutes.
  • If students have questions about how to request a transcript, please direct calls to Student Records (x4121)
  • If students are calling about the status of an order they placed through the official electronic transcript request form they can call Parchment Customer Support at 1-888-662-0874 hours are 7 AM to 8 PM Monday through Thursday and 7 AM to 6 PM Friday.
  • If students are calling because they placed an electronic transcript order directly from the Student Records Transcripts webpage (not by authenticated through online center) and want to know how to send back the fax authorization form. They can scan and upload to Self-Service Plus (there is a link in the confirmation email they receive after they placed the order) or they can fax it back (the number will be on the form).
