Instructions as to how to make a successful online payment for tuition and fees through the Online Student Center.

How do I make a payment through the Online Center?

Answer

1. Navigate to the MyGRCC Portal
2. Log into your account:
   • If you cannot remember your passphrase (password), please visit www.grcc.edu/password. If you have not been a student for over two years you will need to call the IT Support Desk at 616-234-4357.
3. Click Online Center tile
4. Select Term
5. Click Go
6. Click Pay Tuition/Setup Payment Plan
7. Create Nelnet Account and follow further instructions for payment
