Former Employee Unable to See Electronic W-2s

Issue

A former employee is receiving an error message when attempting to consent to receiving electronic W-2s or does not see the option to consent to receiving electronic W-2s.

Your Employer Has Not Enabled Electronic Year End Forms

Resolution:

Former employees are not eligible to receive electronic W-2 forms and must wait for a paper copy to be mailed to them.
