Network Drive Missing or not Showing

Summary

When logging into the computer, the S or J drives do not map properly and requires the user to log out and back in.

Issue

The J or S drive is missing from the file explorer

 

Environment

  • Microsoft Windows
  • Shared Network Drives

 

Information

Sometimes the network drives do not map at login as intended.

 

Resolution

Log out of the computer and then back in.

If this does not resolve the issue please contact the IT Support Desk at (616) 234-4357 so that we can manually map the drive.
