Introduction to Google Drive

Information

• All GRCC employees and students have access to a Google account.  This includes Google Apps such as Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc. 
• My Drive is where all documents will be stored.
• The Shared with me section will list all documents co-workers have shared.
• Recover accidentally deleted articles in the Trash. Items remain in the trash for 30 days.

Process

1. Navigate to drive.google.com (opens in a new window)
2. Use your complete email and MyGRCC passphrase (password) to Sign in.
