Installing a Campus Printer on a Campus Windows Device

Adding an office printer to utilize it with the PaperCut print management solution. How to add a print driver for a stand alone printer.

Process

Installing a campus printer that uses PaperCut, including the Find_Me printers.

Environment

• Windows
• PaperCut

Resolution

The printer must be installed onto the device first:

1. Open a File Explorer window.
2. In the navigation bar type \\papercut.in.grcc.edu and press Enter.
3. Locate the printer you are looking for.
4. Double click the printer to install it.
