Question
How do I enter final grades for students?

Resolution
- Log into Online Center
- Switch to Faculty Self Service
- Not necessary for everyone
- Click Faculty Center
- Make sure that the correct term is selected (click on Change Term to switch), then click the Grade Roster icon of the class section you want to grade
- *Note: Only the Gradebook and Grade Roster icons work
- Using the drop-down menu, select grades
- Click Save either above the roster or below.
- For a partially graded roster change status to: Ready for Review
- For a fully graded roster change status to: Approved
- Click Save again
- Look for the Saved message in the top right corner of the screen
- Click on the Last Attended button to enter the last date of attendance for students that receive a grade of W, WP, WF, or E
- Enter last date attended for every student listed and click Save, then Return
- Click on the link for Change Class to select another class or Sign out and close the browser if complete
