Body
Issue
When printing a document, the words No shared accounts available appear under "Charge to Shared Account"
Environment
Information
There are two primary reasons that no shared accounts may be listed when printing:
- You recently started in a new position and the new print account has not synchronized with your network account.
- You recently printed a print job over the maximum page limit (200 pages). (This is a bug, not intentional).
Resolution
If you recently started or changed positions, you may have to wait until the next business day before your shared account appears.
If you recently attempted to print over 200 pages, a computer restart should fix the issue. Alternatively, you can print to a personal account and change the print job to charge the shared account at the printer using the steps below
- Print the job using your personal account (Make sure the print job is under 200 pages).
- When you go to the printer, click on Print Release
- Click on the Right Arrow to the right of the print job name.

- On the Job Details Screen, select the Pencil icon next to Account

- Select your department account
- Click Print
Cause
The causes of this error are typically a change in your role at GRCC or a bug related to printing over 200 pages.
