How do I login to a phone queue
Environment
Information
Use the Zoom Worplace software to login to a queue in Zoom Contact Center.
Answer
Within Zoom Worplace, click the Contact Center tab
Click the Start button to start your work session
In the lower left, click on your status which reads Not Ready (Forced) and change it to Ready to start taking calls.
To stop taking calls temporarily, change your status to Not Ready
To end your shift for the day, click End Work Session
