Requesting an ALEKS Reset Code Directly from your Student Online Center

Information

A new button has been added to the Test Placement tile, allowing students to easily request an ALEKS reset code directly from their Online Center.

Environment

• Online Center

Process

1. Log into MyGRCC.
2. Click Online Center.
3. Click Test Placement.
4. Click ALEKS Math Placement.
5. Click Click here if ALEKS Account is Expired.
6. Click OK to complete your request.
