Pre-Meeting Setup:

1. Sign into the Zoom web portal at Zoom.us.
2. Navigate to the “Settings” tab in the left-hand menu.

Adjust Meeting Settings:

1. Scroll to the “In Meeting (Basic)” section.
2. Look for the setting that says “Screen sharing”. Make sure it is enabled.
3. Below this option, you'll find “Who can share?” and “Who can start sharing when someone else is sharing”.
4. Set “Who can share?” to “All Participants”.
   • This allows all participants to share their screen at any time during the meeting, even if the host is not present.
