How to login and out of Yealink phones

Environment

Process

Logging In

1. Go to a phone that shows Hot Desk or Student Worker as the part of the display name.
2. Press the Guest button. (If you don’t see the Guest button, press the More (…) key.)  If the button still does not appear, the phone is not set up as a shared phone.
3. Enter your extension number.
4. Enter your PIN:
   • To find your PIN:
     1. You can find it by logging into zoom.us.
     2. Navigate to your Profile.
     3. Navigate to the Phone section.
     4. Navigate to Desk Phone about two-thirds of the way down the page.
5. For shared devices, your login session will be valid for 12 hours or until you sign out.

Logging Out

• Press the Sign Out key. The phone will return to an Unassigned state.
• If the Sign Out button does not appear, the phone is not set up as a shared phone.
