Process
Login/Logout of Call Queues or Shared Lines
- Open the Zoom Workplace software.
- Go to your Profile Picture in Zoom Workplace.
- Select Receive Shared Calls.
- Turn the various call queues on or off to change your status. The change takes effect immediately.
