How to Enter Personal Code and Make Refund Selection in BankMobile Disbursements

Retrieving Personal Code
If you haven’t received your personal code yet, follow these steps:
- Go to BankMobile Disbursements.
- Click the I need a code drop down box.
- Enter your School name, Student ID number, and school email address.
- Click Request my Personal Code.
- The code will be sent to your school email address.
- Check your Gmail account for an email from BankMobile Disbursements to retrieve the personal code.
Alternatively, Student Financial Services can also send the personal code to the student's GRCC email. Call 616-234-4020 for assistance.
Making Refund Selection
- The BankMobile Vibe Checking account is one option for receiving your refund, but opening this account is not mandatory.
- If you prefer another account, choose "Other" and enter your personal bank account information on the next page.
