Verifying GRCC Zoom Licensed Accounts

How to tell if I have a licensed Zoom account from GRCC or if I am using an unlicensed version of the software.

Question

How do I know if I am using a fully licensed Zoom Account for meetings hosted to last longer than 40 minutes?

• Zoom Video Meeting

 

Information

This will tell you where to see if you are using a fully licensed Zoom account to host meetings longer than 40 minutes; such as Counselor/Advisor Meetings or Virtual Classes.

 

Answer

1. Click on your Zoom profile picture in the top right corner of the logged in Zoom program
2. Scroll down to Settings
3. Click on Profile
4. If you see the rainbow colored Licensed words then you are able to host meetings longer than 40 minutes.
