How do I post an announcement in my course?

Resolution
- Click Announcements.
- Click Create Announcement in the upper-left.
- Fill in the Subject and Message fields.
- Choose whether you want to set a date restriction.
- Select the Email Announcement option to send an email to students.
- Choose a Course Link if you would like to link to another area of the course.
- Click Submit.
Tips
- Use a clear and concise subject line. The subject line is the first thing that students will see.
- Try to keep your announcement brief and to the point.
- Use formatting to make your announcement easy to read. Use headings, bullets, and bold text to break up your text and make it easier to read.
- Use a clear call to action. Tell students what you want them to do after reading your announcement.
- Proofread your announcement before you post it. Make sure there are no errors in grammar or spelling.
