Unable to Use LockDown Browser On An iPad

Issue

An error message is received when attempting to take an exam on an iPad using Respondus LockDown Browser. 

"The streaming is not available in production without a valid bundle identifier."

Resolution

The error message is caused by the instructor not enabling the option to use an iPad when taking an exam in LockDown Browser.  Students are advised to contact their instructor so this option can be enabled.  Otherwise, the student may use another device to complete the exam.
