Staff is unable to sign into staff email

 

Environment

  • Gmail

 

Information

Error message: Your sign in settings do not meet your organizations two step verification policy.
Contact your admin.

 

Resolution

Staff does not have their 2FA enabled. Support Desk must remove them from the alphabetized group membership, allow them to sign into their email, then set up their 2FA. Once completed, add the alphabetized group back to their account.
