Issue
User needs to access the Academic Progress Report as a PDF to submit a Financial Aid appeal but is receiving "not available" messages within the Academic Progress tile.
Environment
Information
The Academic Progress Report typically becomes available once the current semester begins. While it is designed to be interactive rather than printable, you can use the What-If report as a workaround to generate a PDF version.
Resolution
- Log into MyGRCC.
- Select the Online Center tile.
- Select Academic Progress.
- Note: You may see a message stating it is unavailable; you can bypass this for the following steps.
- Select View What-if Report.
- Select Create New Report.
- On the page that appears, do not change any information unless your program/plan occurs in a future semester. To verify your program details:
- Select Academic Records.
- Select Declare Academic Program.
- Confirm if you have a future-dated program or plan listed.
- Update the information on the Create What-If Scenario page to match the program details found in the previous step.
- Select Submit Request.
- Select View Report as PDF.
- The report will open in a printer-friendly PDF pop-up window. Ensure your browser's pop-up blocker is disabled if the window does not appear.
