Issue
User needs to access Academic Progress Report as a PDF in order to submit a Financial Aid appeal, but is getting various not available messages in the Academic Progress tile.
Environment
Information
The academic progress report should become available once the current semester starts. It's meant to be interactive and not printable, but there's a workaround: run a What-If report.
Resolution
- Log into MyGRCC
- Click the Online Center tile
- Click on Academic Progress
- It might say that it is not available, but do not worry about that
- Click View What-if Report
- Click Create New Report
- On the page that appears, do not change any information (unless your program/plan is occurring in a future semester, find that info by following the steps below.
- Clicking Academic Records
- Click Declare Academic Program.
- If you have a future dated program/plan show on this page
- Update information on Create What-If Scenario page to match information found above
- Click Submit Request
- Click View Report as PDF.
- It will open the report in pop-up in a printer friendly PDF. Check that pop-ups aren't disabled.
