Environment

  • Online Center

Information

The Academic Progress Report typically becomes available once the current semester begins. While it is designed to be interactive rather than printable, you can use the What-If report as a workaround to generate a PDF version.

Resolution

  1. Log into MyGRCC.
  2. Select the Online Center tile.
  3. Select Academic Progress.
    • Note: You may see a message stating it is unavailable; you can bypass this for the following steps.
  4. Select View What-if Report.
  5. Select Create New Report.
    • On the page that appears, do not change any information unless your program/plan occurs in a future semester. To verify your program details:
      1. Select Academic Records.
      2. Select Declare Academic Program.
      3. Confirm if you have a future-dated program or plan listed.
  6. Update the information on the Create What-If Scenario page to match the program details found in the previous step.
  7. Select Submit Request.
  8. Select View Report as PDF.
    • The report will open in a printer-friendly PDF pop-up window. Ensure your browser's pop-up blocker is disabled if the window does not appear.
