IT Support does not have access to the Cengage systems and, other than basic troubleshooting, does not support that system.

Work with your instructor to resolve issues or visit the Cengage Student Help Portal
Instructors
Visit the Cengage Instructor Help resources page. TLDE may be able to work with instructors as well, although support could be limited.
