Issue

Updating a RAVE alert passphrase (password), where the current passphrase is known.

 

Environment

  • RAVE

 

Resolution

  1. Log into your RAVE account
  2. Click the My Account tab
  3. Click on Change by Password
  4. Enter the old passphrase, then enter a new passphrase twice
  5. Click Save
