Filtering Emails for Delegated Service Accounts

How to filter All Staff Notification for Delegated Service Accounts

Information

All staff emails are sent to all active accounts within GRCC's Google Domain. In order to remove these from Delegated Service Account Inboxes, we recommend setting up an email filter to automatically send these emails to the trash. 

 

Environment

  • GMail

 

Process

  1. Navigate to your Delegated Service Account
  2. Select the Show Search Options icon on the right of the Search Mail Field
  3. Enter one of the notification emails in the "TO" field. If it is in the "From" field, it will not be effective.

  4. Select Create Filter
    1. Check the box for Delete it
    2. Select Also apply filter to matching conversations.
    3. Select Create Filter
  5. Repeat this for each Notification email from the list above.
