Updating phone number for RAVE's 2FA

Logging into the RAVE website requires 2FA with a cell phone, but the cell phone number is the wrong number or one that is no longer used.

Information

In rare occurrences, the phone number from Peoplesoft does not sync with RAVE.

 

Resolution

A ticket will need to be made for Academic Applications to have this manually updated.
