Resolution
Staff having issues with NelNet
- Staff should contact NelNet or Jennifer Scott, Director of Student Financial Services, for help.
- IT doesn't have access to help with issues.
- Jennifer is set up as the main administrator and might be able to assist. Otherwise contact the support rep from NelNet.
