Information to restart a staff / raider card only parking gate.
Environment
- If notified that a raider card only or staff only parking gate goes down or "not alive" you will need to go to that raider card reader box and bring your drill to open this up. Find The Point of Ethernet, and Unplug the Ethernet cable for 10 seconds and plug Ethernet cable back in.
- Gently place all of the wiring back into the box and drill the faceplate back on to secure positioning trying to reuse the drill holes.
- Go back to your desk and check the IPAN webpage for that reader to read "alive".
