  1. Sign into Google Calendar
  2. Click on Settings Menu
  3. Click Settings
  4. Click on desired calendar under Settings for my Calendar
  5. Click on Access permissions for events
  6. Un-check Make available to the Public and Make available for Grand Rapids Community College
