Administrative Applications recently made a change to assist with troubleshooting various issues, specifically not being able to acknowledge a Performance Evaluation or other GT Form in Online Center

Answer

  1. Navigate to Online Center (opens in a new window)
  2. Next, Select Employee Self-Service
  3. Go to Personal Details
  4. Select Additional Information
  5. At the bottom you will see the Current User ID
  6. If the USER ID is their MyGRCC username, they did not log out of their last Peoplesoft Instance correctly.
    1. If showing incorrect, walk the customer through logging out of the instance they were using previously
  7. If the USER ID is their W+ID number, send a ticket to Administrative Applications
