A customer is unable to acknowledge a performance evaluation or other GT Form in Online Center

Information
Administrative Applications recently made a change to assist with troubleshooting various issues, specifically not being able to acknowledge a Performance Evaluation or other GT Form in Online Center
Answer
- Navigate to Online Center
- Next, Select Employee Self-Service
- Go to Personal Details
- Select Additional Information
- At the bottom you will see the Current User ID
- If the USER ID is their MyGRCC username, they did not log out of their last Peoplesoft Instance correctly.
- If showing incorrect, walk the customer through logging out of the instance they were using previously
- If the USER ID is their W+ID number, send a ticket to Administrative Applications
