Google Maps unavailable for students

This article contains instructions on how to resolve an issue where Google Maps not available for students while signed into their GRCC google account.

Issue

An error message is received when attempting to access Google Maps on a student Google account. 

"We are sorry, but you do not have access to Google Maps. Please contact your Organization Administrator for access."

Resolution

Google Maps is not available for student Google accounts. It is advised to log out of your GRCC student account and use a personal account.
