Unable to access external job applicant page

This article contains instructions on how to assist external job applicants who are unable to access to GRCC external jobs page.

Issue

An external applicant is unable to log into the external job application page. 

Environment

• CSProd 

Resolution

1. Open CSProd (opens in a new window). 
2. Click User Profile. 
3. Search APPLICANT.
4. Scroll down to the Account Lock section and uncheck the Is Locked box.
5. Click Save.
