Issue
A user is attempting to access the Online Center. They log in through the MyGRCC portal, but it is prompting for an additional login that is asking for an ID number and passphrase (password). Additionally, they may be prompted for this login when clicking a certain link in the Online Center.
Environment
Information
Prior to the implementation of the MyGRCC Single-Sign On (SSO) portal in October of 2020, all GRCC employees and students were required to log in to each individual GRCC system separately. The Online Center login page that is presented is what used to be displayed.
