Lost File in VMWare

When you log off our VMware all files are lost, please remember to save to an alternate location.

Issue

While working in VMWare on a file my computer crashed and had to do a hard restart. Is it possible to recover the file that was not saved yet.

 

Environment

• VMWare

 

Resolution

Unfortunately, there is no way to recover it because the virtual machine does not do backups
