Lost File in Omnissa (VMWare)

When you log off our Omnissa (VMWare) all files are lost, please remember to save to an alternate location.

Issue

While working in Omnissa (VMWare) on a file my computer crashed and had to do a hard restart. Is it possible to recover the file that was not saved yet.

 

Environment

• Omnissa (VMWare)

 

Resolution

Unfortunately, there is no way to recover it because the virtual machine does not do backups
