Issue
Sporadically, black bars will appear across the top of browsers, obstructing the address bar and preventing navigation within the application.

Information
This is a recognized Microsoft issue related to a graphics driver conflict for which no permanent solution currently exists. Several non-invasive workarounds should be attempted before proceeding with a full system reimage.
Resolution
Follow these steps to clear the black bars:
- Align Displays: Right-click the desktop > Display settings > Ensure all displays are positioned in a straight line.
- Toggle Fullscreen: Rapidly double-click the F11 key.
- Reset Graphics Driver: Press Ctrl + Shift + Windows + B. (Note: This may lose effectiveness when docking or undocking).
- Restart: A full system reboot may temporarily resolve the issue.
- Escalation: If all other steps fail, contact Desktop Support to have the affected device reimaged.
Cause
This behavior is caused by a Microsoft graphics driver bug that fails to render the browser window header correctly during specific display transitions or configurations.
