Issue/Question

I changed my MyGRCC passphrase (password) but my student email will not accept the new passphrase.

Resolution/Process/Answer

It may take up to 15 minutes for your GRCC email account to reflect a passphrase change. After 15 minutes have passed, please try logging into your GRCC email again.
