Question
If a faculty or staff member is granted an Adobe Creative Cloud license and is unable to locate or did not receive the invitation email how do they access their account?

Access must be granted before this process will allow someone to access Creative Cloud using the GRCC licensing.
Answer
Access Account
- Navigate to adobe.com/creativecloud
- Click Sign In
- Enter GRCC email address
- Click Continue
- When Prompted select Company or School Account
- If this option does not appear access must be requested
- Click Reset your password
- Adobe passwords will not sync with MyGRCC passwords
- Complete Adobe's password reset process and you will have access to your account.
Download Apps on Personal Device
- Click Apps Menu in the upper right
- Click View All Apps
- Locate Desired App
- Click Install
