Resolution

Info: Note: If you are using a GRCC computer, a technician must complete this for you.
  1. From the Start menu, select Control Panel.
  2. Select Clock and Region.
  3. Click on Set the time and date.
  4. Click Change date and time.
  5. Log in with administrative credentials.
  6. Click Change date and time again.
  7. Manually input the correct time.
  8. Click OK to save changes.
