Academic Records on the iPad

How to view Academic Records on an iPad where the screen is too small to display the menu by default.

After clicking on Academic Records on the iPad users are greeted with a page that only displays course history. Because of this users are calling asking how to view the Academic Records menu. This is known to occur when using iPadOS. All browsers on iOS devices run Safari at the base with a Chrome or Firefox "skin".

 

Environment

• Online Center
• iPad
  • Safari

 

Process

1. Open Safari on the iPad
2. Log into the MyGRCC Portal
3. Click on Online Center
4. Click on Academic Records. 
5. Click on the small blue tab located in middle of the left hand side
   1. This should bring forth the proper menu for the Academic Records section. 
6. To hide it click on the small blue tab again.
